`/notifications`

Stream alerts, repeating messages, webhooks and the welcome image.

“stream-…” posts in a channel when a feed (RSS, YouTube, Kick…) has something new. “automsg-…” repeats a message every N minutes. “webhook-…” creates, lists and deletes webhooks. “welcomeimage-…” sets up and tests the welcome image. Most of this is easier on the dashboard Notifications and Webhook manager pages.
