Anti-spam & chat filters

• Anti-spam: too many messages in a short time.
• Anti-mention: too many mentions in one message.
• Caps, emojis: shouting and emoji walls.
• Links and words: block invite links, any links, or words you list — with exceptions per channel and role.

Instead of one fixed punishment, Apera can count strikes: for example 1st time warn, 2nd time delete, 3rd time jail for 1 minute. Strikes fade after the time you set. The member sees a card telling them which step they’re on.
