/tickets
Post the ticket panel and set up tickets.
“panel” posts (or refreshes) the ticket panel members click to open a ticket. “panel-edit” changes the panel text and button. “config” turns tickets on and sets the category, log channel and how many tickets each member may have open. Categories, forms, staff roles and transcripts are on the dashboard Tickets pages.
